Slow cooked - Lamb rogan josh

- 600g free range diced lamb
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 cloves
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- Fresh coriander
- Rice to serve
- Put a table spoon of oil in the slow cooker basin
- Add the lamb and coat in the aromatics (spices), covering the lamb
- Add the onion and garlic and mix well
- Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well
- Cook for 8-10 hours on low
- Top with fresh coriander to serve, along with rice
